Mr. K. Krishnakumar has over two decades of experience in academics, administration and management. He holds a post graduate degree in Mathematics from the MS University and BEd from the Kerala University. After BEd, he began his career as a lecturer in the Regional Institute of Engineering. Subsequently, he worked in various educational institutions in Thiruvananthapuram before moving to the Sultanate of Oman.

Mr. Krishnakumar had an illustrious stint of 17 years with Al Adrak, Muscat. Working closely with Dr. Thomas Alexander, Trinity Chairman and the founder of Al Adrak, Krishnakumar (lovingly called KK Sir) managed a workforce of close to one thousand engineers (Civil, Mechanical and Electrical) and ten thousand construction workers. His stellar execution of the administrative and management responsibilities including recruitment, finances, visa processing, insurance, benefits etc won him several accolades from the company.

But the dedicated educator in him grew restless while he was serving as the Dy. General Manager of the billion dollar construction conglomerate. With both his sons reaching high school age, KK Sir decided to relocate to Kerala. His move provided the perfect opportunity for Trinity to tap into his expertise, experience and passion. He joined the Trinity family as Director of Academics. In that position, Mr. Krishnakumar advises and oversees the faculty, plans and monitors the systematic learning, mentors students and manages the curricular and extra curricular growth of the college.
