The college library is fully computerized and well stocked with a wide range of textbooks and reference books to support the academic needs of students and faculty. The library houses specialized collections of books, journals, and non-book materials in the areas of Basic Sciences, Engineering and Technology, Environmental Science and Engineering, Science and Humanities, and General Studies.
These resources are carefully selected to align with the curriculum and to support teaching, learning, and research activities.
In addition, the library includes a dedicated section for Career Guidance and competitive examination materials, helping students prepare for higher studies and employment opportunities. Hostels
Trinity College of Engineering, Trivandrum provides separate and well-maintained hostel facilities for boys and girls within a safe and secure campus environment. The hostels are designed to offer a comfortable residential experience that supports students’ academic focus and personal well-being.
Each hostel is under the supervision of a dedicated warden and supported by watchmen and custodial staff to ensure discipline, cleanliness, and safety at all times.
The hostels promote a quality learning atmosphere along with essential amenities and recreational facilities that encourage a balanced student life.
To support academic excellence, hostel students are permitted to access laboratories and the college library up to 8:00 p.m. This extended facility enables students to engage in self-study, project work, and research activities beyond regular class hours, fostering a disciplined and productive learning culture.
Laboratories
Trinity is well equipped with state-of-the-art laboratory facilities for all four departments and ensures that all laboratory procedures and experiments are conducted safely and prudently.
